Credential Requirements
Welcome to the credential application site for the 2011 HBCU All-Star Bowl. Please do not apply for credentials unless you are certain you will be covering the event. Space is limited and credentials will be granted on the priority basis as listed below.
Credential Policy
Media credentials for the HBCU All-Star Bowl are issued for working media only. Media agencies credentialed throughout the year at participating universities receive priority
status. Subject to limitations, the remainder of the requests will be honored in priority order from sports editors of DAILY newspapers and television sports directors in the local/national media followed by weekly publications and radio stations attending the game in a working capacity.
Media credentials can be picked up at the HBCU All-Star Bowl host hotel: Westin Peachtree Plaza located at 210 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, Georgia beginning Wednesday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. daily. Game day credentials NOT picked up at the Westin Peachtree Plaza during Game Week can be obtained at Media Will Call of the Georgia Dome beginning at 9:00 a.m. on game day. Media may be subject to bag checks prior to entry to the stadium.
Media credentials will not be mailed out. Deadline to apply is December 5, 2011.
Press Box Credentials
Press Box passes are good only for a reserved seat in the Press Box. It will not permit you access to any other part of the stadium, except at the end of the game when you will be allowed on field access for the awards presentation and post-game interviews.
Photo/Field Credentials
Sideline access is limited to media personnel who are photographers and videographers with camera equipment on assignment for a recognized news organization or sports publication. All field photographers must remain outside the bench areas and outside the yellow border surrounding the playing field.
Scouts
Scouts will have access to all NFL events, including weigh-in, Georgia Dome combine, practice sessions and interviews taking place at the host hotel. Scouts will also be granted access to the practice field throughout the week and given up to 15 minutes following practice to gather information or setup interview times. Scouts attending the 2011 HBCU All-Star Bowl are required to go through the credential process for approval.
Agents
Agents will have access to the field following each practice, but must remain in the stands during the practice sessions. Agents will not be allowed entry into NFL events such as the weigh-in, Georgia Dome combine and/or interview room.

credentials. Requests submitted after this date will not be granted. We
also can not guarantee that all media requests submitted prior to the
deadline will be approved. All approved media credential requests will be
notified via email of approval with detailed information and pick-up
